fantastic stay, great value
great locationnice poolsvaried entertainment
I had a really awesome experience. the location is great with a supermarket nearby plus restaurants. the pools had dedicated areas for adults and kids (a nice touch!). i appreciated the variety of activities available. There were sports and gym options right on the grounds. the hotel staff organized entertainment for both adults and children. It kept everyone happy.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They addressed requests promptly. the reception was quick and efficient plus the team provided useful information regarding local attractions. the service really stood out.

i liked the varied food choices at the buffet and it had both local and international options. the restaurant staff were attentive and kept the area clean. i especially liked the breakfast (especially the fresh pastries!).

The breakfast was EXCELLENT. There was a very nice location. The staff at reception and kitchen service were really friendly. The big pool area also had a lifeguard to keep an eye on things.
The food offer was just okay.

i was charmed by the staff friendliness. the food had good variety each day, i found something new. i liked playground they have for kids and animation each night.
the room smell funny at times. the gym seems very small, not that many equipments. the walls are thin, so you hear every noise.
